1. Justice and Accountability: No One Is Above the Law

No one is above the law, and that includes a president and the people around him. I want full, independent investigations into possible crimes, conflicts of interest and self-enrichment in this administration. Then the facts and the courts decide. Accountability is how we make sure it never happens again.

I am a survivor of human trafficking and abuse; two-tier justice is not abstract to me.

• I'll push for full investigations into conflicts of interest, pay-to-play deals and any use of public office for private profit, and I'll back holding everyone responsible to account under the law.
• I'll treat oversight as the job, not a favor: public hearings, public records and regular briefings, so you can see who got the contract and what it cost.
• I'll defend the courts and Congress's power of the purse. When a judge says "immediately," that means now. If a president wants to cancel money Congress approved, he brings it to Congress in daylight for a real vote.
• One standard of justice for the powerful and for everyone else. No velvet ropes. And I'll demand due process from every president, of every party.
• On the Epstein Files: full release of the files; investigations that lead to justice and accountability; and legislation and reforms so the justice system is not two-tiered — one track for elites, another for everyone else. Survivors deserve process and sunlight, not folklore and redactions. I will not invent a secret client list, and I will not treat an email or a flight log as a criminal finding.

2. Ending Wars and Conflicts

I want the Iran war over, and I want it ended in daylight. Under the Constitution, Congress decides when this country goes to war, not the president. Every dollar spent on endless war is a dollar taken from health care, housing and working families here in Delaware.

• I'll vote to end U.S. involvement in the Iran war.
• Congress votes on war. That means a real authorization or a real end, with every vote on the record, before any new bombing. No blank checks. No forever war.
• I'll vote to stop sending weapons that kill civilians in Gaza. American tax dollars must not fund the killing of civilians.
• Serious diplomacy, with the terms on the record, and a full public accounting of what these wars cost in dollars and in lives.

3. AI Regulation

AI is being rolled out with almost no rules, and working people are paying for it with their jobs, their privacy and their safety. Some of the people building it have warned about the risks and asked for time. You didn't get a vote on any of it, and I think you should. Transparency and disclosure aren't enough; the rules have to bind.

David Robinson resigned from OpenAI this week, after three and a half years. He led the writing of the safety reports published with each major launch, and he led the drafting of the current Preparedness Framework. In The Atlantic on October 3 he wrote that the trial-and-error method OpenAI calls iterative deployment "guarantees periodic failures." He quoted a warning of "catastrophic and irreversible loss of control," and then he wrote: "If this is the situation, then the time for trial and error is over." He also wrote that the technology can be useful, and that his colleagues try. He said the incentives for safety have to come from outside the company. That is the case for testing before release, for liability when a product causes harm, and for taking no money from the companies that build it.

An OpenAI spokesperson told reporters: "We're making sure our models don't become more capable than we can safely manage and secure, and we pause training or hold back models when we need to slow down." A promise to pause is not a rule. This campaign is people-funded. No Super PAC.

• I'll fight for real guardrails on AI and hold the companies building it accountable.
• I'll demand Senate hearings and public rules that answer the basic questions: who is accountable, what it costs, and whether it's civilian or military.
• I won't accept "whoever wins AI wins" as a reason to skip safety. Working people come before a race between tech companies.
• Independent safety testing before release. AI systems that can cause serious harm should be tested before they reach the public, not after.
• AI companies should be legally liable when their products cause harm.
• Protections for workers whose jobs AI replaces: notice, retraining and a real safety net, so the savings don't all go to the top.
• Families shouldn't pay higher power bills for AI data centers. The companies should pay their own way.
• My pledge: "I won't take a dime from AI or tech companies or their executives."

4. Health Care, Housing, and Education — With the Rich Paying Their Fair Share

I spent years as a travel ICU nurse. I watched people skip medications, put off a diagnosis and go into debt for one ER visit. In the richest country on earth, nobody should have to choose between seeing a doctor and paying rent.

• Health care for everyone, as a right. That means expanding coverage, capping prescription costs and ending medical debt. Right now, I'll fight to restore premium help for Delaware families who buy coverage on the Marketplace.
• A home for everyone. That means investing in affordable housing, protecting tenants and closing corporate landlord loopholes.
• Debt forgiveness for all, and free education for all going forward — with fully funded public schools. Stop trapping people in the old lien. Stop manufacturing new ones.
• The wealthiest Americans and the biggest corporations pay their fair share, and that pays for health care, housing and education for everyone.
